Results
Italy 1 Spain 3
Spain wrapped up their perfect group stage with a 3–1 victory over Italy. After Elisabetta Oliviero gave Italy an early lead with her first international goal, Athenea del Castillo equalised in style with a first-time strike from an Alexia Putellas assist. In the second half, Patri Guijarro restored the lead, and Esther González sealed the result with a stoppage-time goal. Italy still qualified in second place, thanks to Belgium’s result in the other match.
Portugal 1 Belgium 2
Belgium ended their group stage campaign on a high and simultaneously ruined Portugal’s hopes of advancing to the knockout stage. Tessa Wullaert struck early with a clinical finish in the third minute. Portugal fought back late through Telma Encarnação, but Janice Cayman scored a stoppage-time winner to hand Belgium a well-deserved victory in their final game.
