Good or bad, recently, it has felt like there is always a story coming out of Gotham.
In the last week alone, we saw Tierna Davidson tear her ACL, a fan banned from the stadium for abuse aimed at Barbra Banda, and head coach Juan Carlos Amoros sign a league-record five-year contract.
This is while Gotham sits 12th in the nascent NWSL table, with zero wins and two draws from their opening three matches.
Success on the pitch has made Gotham a bigger fish in the NWSL. Now, the club is juggling the limelight.
