England have made it through to a third consecutive major tournament final, coming through a tense semi-final against Italy by the skin of their teeth. They did so in spite of a performance that was, for the most part, laboured. Let's take a look at why the Lionesses once again toiled, but were ultimately able to make it through to Sunday's Euro 2025 showpiece, where they will look to defend their continental crown against either Spain or Germany.
