Leah Williamson signs with music-focused talent agency Fivethree
England captain joins forces with new agency co-founded by Olivia Dean's creative director
Leah Williamson has signed a representation agreement with Fivethree, a new talent agency that looks after music artists including Olivia Dean, Sam Smith, Nia Archives and Disclosure, The Cutback can reveal.
Williamson had been working with Tongue Tied Management on her commercial deals since her breakthrough into Arsenal’s first team as a youngster, but her deal with the London-based agency expires at the end of the month.
The 28-year-old has worked with brands including Dyson, Cadbury UK, Pepsi and Nike.
Fivethree was launched by agent Lora Hadridge and Emily Braham last summer. Braham is the manager and creative director to Dean, who recently received multiple Grammy and Brit Awards nominations.
In an interview with Women’s Wear Daily last year, Hadridge said: “We wanted to build something we felt passionately about, an agency that really understood how talent should be represented with intention, and how teams should be supported and valued. It was a very natural evolution for us”.
She added: “We are very close to our teams and immersed in what they’re doing. Our vision is to be a next-generation agency that represents talent across all areas of entertainment with the ambition and flexibility of a boutique agency but the professionalism and network of a much bigger one”.
Williamson, who missed the start of the current WSL season after picking up an injury during England’s victorious Euro 2025 campaign, is known for her love of music and fashion. She is a regular on event red carpets and has collaborated with luxury fashion brands like Gucci and Calvin Klein.
