What happened last season?

Manchester United achieved a top-three finish in the WSL for only the second time in the club's history, which was deemed a success for most fans. The league success was topped off at the end of the season with another trip to Wembley, the third in successive seasons for United. Although it was a defeat to Chelsea in the FA Cup final this time around in the capital, the achievement of reaching three finals in a row cannot be overlooked.
