Once again Tottenham Hotspur Women, just like their men’s team, are without a manager. Two years ago, the sacking of Rehanne Skinner happened before the season’s end. This year, it took a month after the end of the WSL season to see Robert Vilahamn depart. The in-sync managerial cycle perhaps the most obvious indication that it is #OneClub.

There are plenty of arguments about whether Ange Postecoglou deserved to be sacked, but when it comes to Vilahamn’s exit there are very few disagreeing with the decision.
